Over the course of their five-year relationship with Domino’s Pizza, Rockbridge Media has continued to meet challenges and exceed expectations. When Coca-Cola needed soft signage for a nation-wide cross-promotional rollout with its long-term client Dominos, Rockbridge Media once again stepped up to the plate.
Rockbridge Media facilitated cross promotion of Domino’s key vendor accounts such as Coca-Cola by providing tools like blade flags and a-frames to promote sales of both brands’ products.
By managing the rollout with a single point of contact, Rockbridge Media streamlined Coca-Cola’s cross promotion efforts. Their solid, on-time delivery to 6500 locations proves the power of Rockbridge Media to handle projects of any size.
Mapco, one of the fastest growing convenience store brands, is evolving its brand and category offerings in new directions. Over the last two years, they have been reimaging their interior look, feel and navigation to achieve a warmer, meeting-place environment. Like many firms seeking to redefine their image by region, Mapco utilizes graphics to communicate their new, broader offering, particularly for the creation of an inviting, café-like atmosphere. With most of the specifications being driven by the general contractor, ever-shorter turnaround times, and increased complexity, Mapco sought to diversify its partners.
Rockbridge Media is involved from the design extension phase to installation for store refreshes and remodels, supporting Mapco’s new market approach and providing a consistent feel to the Mapco brand. They produce soft signage, pressure sensitive materials, and décor items such as wallpaper, atmospheric graphics, and adhesive vinyl coffee wraps. Rockbridge Media’s single point of contact provides crucial support that keeps Mapco ahead of ever-changing schedules and compressed turnaround times, all while providing the highest possible quality and complex project management in collaboration with the general contractor.
Rockbridge Media allows Mapco to increase remodels in a year by reducing lead times per location. By taking the complexity out managing multiple sources, Rockbridge Media empowers Mapco to stay on schedule in the field. Mapco’s relationship with Rockbridge Media has been key to their success: allowing them to be nimble in executing new programs – with a 100% on-time delivery rate. The Rockbridge Media partnership provides Mapco with flawless support, generating better brand impressions and growth in same-store sales through their reimaging program.
Over the course of their five-year relationship with Domino’s Pizza, Rockbridge Media has steadily gained greater responsibilities. What began with an order for 200 3’ x 5’ logo flags has grown into a partnership that now extends to producing and delivering a range of display products for the company’s 6500 worldwide franchisees. With so many locations to manage, Domino’s needed an efficient way to support their marketing efforts 24/7 worldwide.
Rockbridge Media met that need by building an online store for Domino’s marketing department, delivering approved Domino’s artwork along with advanced customization. Initially, the store was launched to 500 franchisees at Domino’s Rally 2014, the company’s trade fair, and it is currently rolling out to all 6500 franchisees globally, with 30+ products to be available in an e-commerce format.
The online store allows Domino’s HQ to offer marketing support to its franchisees, leveraging their buying power in a centralized store that is available 24/7. Franchisees gain the ability to market themselves better – with lower costs and quicker turnaround. Turnaround times on orders are a blazing 3-5 days on over 30 products – for both off the rack designs or custom projects. Domino’s Corporate is also able to use the site to launch new marketing products.
Soft signage supplied through the Domino’s dedicated website has been met with great success. Test runs have received terrific feedback, and corporate has continued to increase their buying. Rockbridge Media has been able to facilitate cross promotion of Domino’s key vendor accounts such as Coca-Cola by providing tools like blade flags and a-frames to promote sales of both brands’ products. Soon the online store will be able to accommodate both large rollouts and individual promotions, providing a super-efficient, low-cost franchise marketing solution that drives increased sales.
When Parachute (known for its hit songs “She Is Love” and “Something To Believe In”) was going on tour, they needed a strong stage graphic to complement their lighting and other production elements. Additionally, it had to provide easy/flexible setup and conform to the various tour venues’ strict fire and safety codes.
Rockbridge Media created two versions of the backdrop to fit the widest range of stages on which Parachute would be performing. The heavy duty, flame retardant fabric selected was the ideal material to achieve the desired visual impact while handling the rigors of traveling and the safety requirements of the venues. Finally, Rockbridge Media finished the display with multiple hanging options to accommodate different stage rigging setups.
Rockbridge Media’s backdrop solution addressed both the visual and logistical needs of the band. Driven by great music and performances, and complemented by production elements to put the finishing touches on the fan experience, Parachute’s tour was a success on all levels.
